Biography

Darkest Hour is proving that they are one of the most brilliant and distinct bands in the extreme hard rock genre. They are unafraid to use a variety of musical weapons to paint their sordid stories using death/thrash guitar riffing, rumbling bass and ballistic styled percussion. Hailing from the nation's capital, Washington, DC, Darkest Hour brings back memories of the Gothenburg sound of the mid-90s. Over the past six years the band has laid a volatile foundation for their upcoming album "So Sedated, So Secure".



In 1999 Darkest Hour inked a deal with New York based metal label, MIA Records. Quickly after they signed, Darkest Hour released the 9-song album of pure chaos, "The Mark Of The Judas." Their short-lived relationship with MIA records ended abruptly with the demise of the label in early 2000. Victory Records was awakened to the maniacal, destructive power
