Biography
Brutal, but intelligent. That's what Upon Infliction set out to do with their first release, " To Escape Is To Suffer". Formed in South Florida, UI is the brainchild of Gus Rios and Seth Ringler. Gus Rios has been part of the S. FL metal scene for over 15 years. Starting out with his first band, Sickness, which also featured Kyle Symons on vocals, Gus has played in several noted bands through the years. He has done tours with Divine Empire, played on and co-wrote Kult Ov Azazel's first album, "Triumph of Fire", and has been Malevolent Creation's first call touring drummer for the last 3 years, as well as co-writing the last 4 albums with Phil Fasciana.
