Biography
Phex is the solo project of Muhannad Bursheh the bassist of the black metal band "Augury". Phex is a one man band which started in the year 2001. The style is a lot different from what Augury is; It is a Doom/Death Metal band with bits of other styles like thrash, hardcore, industrial and heavy metal with a haunting dark atmosphere. "The Black Vision" demo was the first release by Phex in 2002, but it was never distributed. After that, Phex released the first full length album "Spirits And Devils" in early 2003 - A heavy, brutal and melodic album with 10 angry tracks, 3 of which are instrumental. It features a wide variety of angriness, brutality and heaviness with some calm riffs and clean vocals. But since "Spirits And Devils" doesn't have the best of sound quality, Phex decided to re-produce five tracks of the album, and record two new tracks to release the first official considerable
