Biography
MANGGAS was formed around 1998, and they are Bataris Sangpi handling the drums, C6 hit the bass,
Mi with the guitar and Joad playing the guitar and singing. Influence a lot by their ancestor and kuno believer in particular,
both thru' music and lyrics.
With this line up, in 1999, they've recorded their first demo entitled "Pengamal Ilmu Kebatinan Kuno" which gained a wide response from local scene (especially Sabah scene). Recorded somewhere in Membakut and contains only two songs which will bleed your body from inside. The demo hits the street and sold out in a short time, and there are still demands on it. MANGGAS had also featured in a compilation tapes and underground magazines.
MANGGAS finally release their second masterpiece "Haus Sarbatus" EP on 31st august 2000 through
Disembodied Corpse Productions. It contains 3 brand new son
