Very few are willing to carry the torch for true entertainment in rock and roll. Of course there’s the legends, Cooper and Kiss. Marilyn Manson had his day in the sun. Then there is the incomparable Lizzy Borden, Los Angeles’ shock rock overlord who burst onto the scene with the release of “Love You Pieces” at time when rock was safe. The element of danger at a Lizzy show will be the litmus test by which attempts at rock showmanship will be judged.
In continuing the tradition, Lizzy’s seventh release, “Deal With the Devil”, is an event of epic proportions, painting images of hellish proportion.
