Biography
The band comprised of Australia natives Justin Stewart Cotta (vocals, keyboard), Space (guitar), Leighton "Lats" Kearns (bass) and American Steve Clark (drums). Their claim to fame in America came from playing on the second stage of Ozzfest 2003. The band was dissolved in late 2004 after personal conflicts amongst the band members.
Justin Stewart Cotta and Leighton Kearns re-emerged as "Man Vs Clock" in 2005. Man Vs Clock never achieved any notable success, and is no longer in existence.
In early 2006, Memento reformed with a new drummer, Jeff Bowders, under the name "Tower", which was later changed to "Ether". The band has been playing shows in the Los Angeles
