Biography
Powerful, eclectic, intelligent, focused & melodic: Just a few words to describe Canobliss, a progressive alternative hardrock band from San Diego, CA. Their wide repertoire of rock, metal, funk, jazz, & hip-hop influences melts into a ferociously catchy sound that sets them apart from the typical rock band. Canobliss was formed in 1997, by guitarist, Samson Pedroza and bassist, Chenzo Vidalez. After playing with several musicians, the band brought vocalist/frontman Ca$h Payne into the band in 2001. Ca$h brought a new sound and look to the band that had been missing. Jon Russo, on the guitar, and Mike Russo on the percussion rounded out the line-up in late 2003. The band has been writing, performing, and recording at a feverish pace. Canobliss began recording their sophomore effort in May '04 and completed the project in September."DEMON ANGEL" was officially released on October 5, 04. W
