Biography
11 Dreams to some, brutal nightmares to others; to both it is Danish band MERCENARY's Century Media debut. Combining multilayered vocals, intricate songwriting, and fiercely aggressive, yet catchy, song structure, the band musically weaves a dark symphonic Scandinavian melancholy. Emerging in the ‘90s as a midpaced melodic death-thrash four-piece, the band took a tremendous leap forward with the 2002 release of Everblack . The addition of clean vocalist Mikkel Sandager and his brother keyboardist Morten developed a dimension of sensuous texture and depth heretofore unfound in the band's music.
